This campaign originated from my initiative to create a community-centered partnership opportunity between my sorority chapter and the Off-Broadway production Chasing Grace. After connecting with the SheNYC Arts PR team, I identified an opportunity to expand the show’s audience by targeting members of The National Pan-Hellenic Council (Divine Nine), ultimately helping inspire the launch of a dedicated “Divine Nine Night” for the production.
As part of the campaign strategy, I was responsible for increasing awareness of the show’s new Divine Nine ticket discount and driving ticket purchases through targeted social media promotion. To make the campaign more personalized and engaging, I redesigned the original promotional flyer into customized versions featuring each organization’s official colors and branding aesthetics. I also developed Instagram Story campaigns tailored to each organization, using strong call-to-action copy that directed viewers to purchase tickets through a dedicated discount link.
Over the course of the month-long campaign, the content generated more than 3K views and 100+ engagements, while contributing to Chasing Grace’s highest-attended performance night, with members from at least three Divine Nine organizations in attendance. The campaign successfully expanded audience reach, strengthened community engagement, and increased visibility for the production within culturally connected audiences.
